BERLIN FASHION WEEK

All week leading up to Berlin Fashion Week we kept a close eye on the weather forecast and we couldn’t be more excited to see that it wasn’t only going to be hot but sunny too. Meanwhile in London it felt more like autumn but our escape was imminent. Our first stop was the Capsule showroom that fuses the best high-end contemporary brands, directional independent designers and super premium street wear labels. Set in East Berlin in a grant disused factory, our search for exciting new labels had begun.

One of the first labels that caught our eye was Raphael Hauber with his flamengo and parrot print shirts and shorts. Prints are going to be big again next summer and who can resist these?

Hien Le’s pastels made us swoon. Please can it be next summer already?

Starstyling is a much more established label and one that has a lot going for it. We loved the use of iridescent foil printed on t-shirts, scarfs and bags.

Watch this space. More to come soon…
