Worldwide delivery: £25
Your orders will be sent out via standard UK post or the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee dispatch/delivery on weekends or bank holidays. In this instance please expect your order or delivery to be processed on the next working day.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION:
Worldwide shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your order. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

OUR REFUND POLICY
- In the event that you should need to return an item to BENGT, we are happy to help and you can do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items that pierce through the body (like earrings) or those marked with a “+” next to the product name cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or has remained in the original un-opened wrapping.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- 1. All returned items must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with all original tags and packaging.
2. Please complete the Returns Form you received with your package.
3. Enclose the Returns Form with the returned sample so we can easily and swiftly process your return.
4. The items are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure to package your return to prevent any damage to the items/boxes in transit. We also recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
5. Please post back using RECORDED POST and KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER of the delivery serviced used.

Once the returned items been received at our warehouse and checked, the refund for the cost of the item will be authorised to your account. Refunds will take place in the original form payment was made. E.g. if the item was paid for with gift vouchers, replacement gift vouchers will be issued to you. This will usually be completed within 3 working days of receipt of the return package to
our warehouse.
*Please note for hygiene reasons there are some items e.g. earrings which we are unable to issue refunds/exchange on, unless the product is faulty.

CANCELLATIONS
- We also accept cancelled orders under UK Distance Selling Regulations. In this case, if you would like to cancel your order with Bengt Fashion then you will need to advise us in writing.
Please e-mail customercare@bengtfashion.com quoting your order number.
We will issue a full refund but if you have already received your order then you will need to arrange the return of the full order at your cost. Again, all items must be returned in their original condition/packaging. If we do not receive the order back then we may arrange to have it collected at your cost.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. We collect information from you when you subscribe to our mailing list. The purpose of this is to obtain details so that we can provide you with information on our product and services. We have an opt-in policy in regards of communication via email, post and phone. By subscribing to our newsletter you’re opting in to receive communications via email. However, you have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time.You have the right to access the information which (“BENGTfashion”) holds about you and your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with BENGT Fashion Limited you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. BENGT Fashion Limited retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be BENGT Fashion Limited or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party BENGT Fashion Limited is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
OUR CONTRACT
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
PAYMENT
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher.
We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers.
We’ll dIspatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We’re afraid we can’t be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter. It is your responsibility to do so and we’re can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.
In addition, we can’t take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than the recipient after delivery. Make sure the recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in pesky spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, the capacity of the recipient’s mailbox or any other factors outside of our control. If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account).
